Take a walk through history

Join Kevin Thomas on a walking tour of the historic pubs of Birmingham.

Starting in Birmingham’s historic Jewellery Quarter you will explore Birmingham through some of its historically and architecturally important pubs. Stopping for a drink here and there along the way! You’ll travel through the heart of the city ending in Digbeth at the Old Crown. Probably the oldest pub in Birmingham. The tour is a walk of about 1 1/2 miles and takes approximately 2 hours. The terrain is mainly flat but good mobility is required as you will be in an urban landscape.

You Will Visit:

  • The Rose Villa Tavern
  • The Queen’s Arms
  • The Old Joint Stock
  • The Trocadero
  • The Old Crown

If you’re interested in Birmingham, its history and architecture, this is for you.

There are two opportunities to go on the historic pub tour;

  • Sat 21 July 2018 2pm – 4pm
  • Sun 29 July 2018 3pm – 5pm

Tickets are £10 each and are available on Eventbrite.
